AGQ Labs is a benchmark in sustainable, high-quality agricultural production. We advise on more than one million hectares worldwide, supporting some of the largest producers, exporters, and multinationals. A Technology Platform for Global Solutions
Agronomic Laboratory
Analysis of nitrogen forms, metals, anions, cations, and physicochemical properties in water, soil solutions, and foliar samples.
Soil Factory Lab – a specialized facility for agronomic soil testing. We also analyze physicochemical properties of fertilizers and agricultural biosolids. Our advanced instrumentation includes ICP-OES, ICP-MS, CFA, and elemental analyzers.
Food Safety Laboratory
- Organic analysis: equipped with GC-MS and LC-MS/MS triple quadrupole systems for the detection of organic contaminants.
- Inorganic analysis: specialized in chemical contaminants using ICP-MS, ICP-OES, and Ion Chromatography.
- Microbiology area: testing of microorganisms in food and environmental samples.
- Molecular biology area: detection of pathogens using advanced techniques.
Food Quality Laboratory
- Inorganic Nutritional Laboratory: testing of mineral and nutritional properties of food.
- Organic Laboratory: analysis of vitamins, organic acids, and related compounds.
- Techniques: ICP-OES, ICP-MS, HPLC, volumetric analysis, among others.
Environmental Laboratory
- Mobile Units for on-site air quality monitoring.
- Water analysis laboratory: equipped with advanced systems to test more than 500 parameters.
- Solid matrix laboratory: analysis of contaminated soils, residues, leachates, sludge, sediments, and other solid samples.
Microbiological Laboratory
Fully equipped for all types of microbiological testing in environmental waters, food, soils, and organic materials.
Molecular Biology Laboratory
Instrumental techniques include real-time PCR (qPCR) and semi-quantitative PCR for the detection of specific genetic markers and pathogens.
Geochemical Laboratory

Quality & Accreditations
All our laboratories operate under the highest national and international accreditation standards, including ISO 17025 for laboratory testing. In addition, we hold a wide range of national, regional, and sector-specific accreditations and authorizations that ensure the reliability and recognition of our results.
ANS/ISO/IEC 17025 – Laboratory Testing (AGQ Labs Spain)
Accreditation for testing laboratories granted by the International Accreditation Service (IAS). The scope includes pesticide residues, dithiocarbamates, histamines, mycotoxins in food, as well as microbiological testing in water and food.
Scope and Certificate (TL-475)
UNE-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 – Laboratory Analysis (AGQ Labs Spain)
The highest level of international accreditation for testing laboratories, granted by the Spanish National Accreditation Body (ENAC). The scope covers analysis of soils, plant material, water, fertilizers, and pesticide residues.
